How we invoice, and how you pay

FoodBear is a subscription service billed by invoice. There is no shopping cart and nothing to buy on this website — you receive an invoice each month and pay it from a secure payment page.
What we sell, and what it costs
One service, one fee — both stated before anything is charged.
The service
A managed service for your delivery-platform storefronts: menu and pricing work, photography, promotions, keyword advertising, and your analytics dashboard — for the brands and branches named in your agreement.
The fee
A commission on your monthly net delivery sales, from 7% down to 2% as your volume grows. Your rate, and any minimum monthly fee, are set in your agreement.
From agreement to receipt
Five steps, every month, in the same order.

We agree on the scope
We define which brands and branches we optimize, and the fee. Both parties sign a service agreement. Nothing is charged before this.

We deliver the service
Menu and pricing work, photography, promotions, keyword advertising, and access to your analytics dashboard — over the full calendar month.

We invoice, monthly in arrears
At the start of the following month you receive an invoice by email, with the PDF attached and a secure payment link. It states the brand, the billing period, the sales the fee is charged on, the rate, the amount and the due date.

You pay from the payment page
The link opens a payment page showing the exact amount due. Pay by PromptPay, card, or bank transfer. Your payment terms are stated on the invoice.

We issue a receipt
Once payment is confirmed, a numbered receipt is emailed to you automatically.

We invoice in the currency of the market you operate in. Clients in Thailand are invoiced in Thai Baht (THB).
Methods by currency
Card and bank transfer are available on every invoice. PromptPay is available on invoices issued in THB.
Billing cycle
Monthly, in arrears. Payment terms and any late-payment charge are set in your agreement and stated on each invoice.
Paying safely

You are never redirected to a third-party site
Payments are processed by Airwallex, our payment provider. The payment link in your invoice opens a payment page hosted by Airwallex at pay.airwallex.com. We do not redirect you anywhere else, and FoodBear never sees, handles or stores your card details.
The payment link in your invoice email is the only payment link we will ever send you. If you receive a request to pay FoodBear through any other channel, do not pay it — contact us at billing@getfoodbear.com.
